Bolin KBD Plus
KBD Plus is Bolin's advanced PTZ controller for broadcast, live events, houses of worship, corporate AV and education: it controls up to 255 PTZ cameras and, at its centre, has a 4" touchscreen showing camera video while you move them.
Control and view your cameras from one panel
The built-in decoder shows up to 4 IP video streams at once, including multiview. The same video goes out over HDMI 2.0 to an external monitor and over USB-C (UVC), so a computer sees it as a webcam for streaming or video calls.
Physical controls built for live production
Precision joystick, zoom rocker on the left for two-handed operation, focus dial and dedicated white balance and exposure dials, without going into menus. With compatible Bolin cameras it also controls the roll axis, to level the horizon or shoot vertical video. User-definable buttons, a customisable on-screen "+" panel and direct recall of cameras and presets from the keypad.
Works with Bolin and other brands
It speaks VISCA over IP, NDI, ONVIF, Pelco P/D and the Panasonic AW and Canon XC protocols, over the network or via RS-232 and RS-422: it works with Bolin cameras, especially the R9 series, and with many PTZ cameras from other makers. It is powered by PoE+ from the network or a 12 V supply and has tally/GPIO for integration with the control room.
