Calibrite ColorChecker Video
The Calibrite ColorChecker Video provides colour balance and control for filmmaking from shoot to edit. It has the same size as the ColorChecker Classic but is designed specifically for video: a durable, rigid two-sided target with the video colour chart on one side and a large spectrally neutral white balance card on the other, suited to pre-camera checks and wider shots. Use it for colour grading, colour and grey balancing, setting exposure, matching multiple cameras and shooting in mixed lighting.
The video target layout is designed for vectorscopes and waveforms, on camera or in software: two rows of six saturated and desaturated chromatic chips aligned with the vectorscope colour axes, six skin tone chips from light to dark, four large grey levels (white, 40 IRE grey, deep grey and high gloss black) for exposure with waveform, zebras or false colour, a six-step linear greyscale for highlights and shadows, and black and white illumination check chips at two corners.
