Cambo Actar-15 15 mm Ultra Wide Angle Lens for Actus
The Cambo Actar-15 is an ultra wide-angle lens for the Actus system, for use with mirrorless camera bodies or digital backs with on-sensor shutter. It is permanently attached to an Actus lens panel and, with its 15 mm focal length, relatively light weight and modest size, is well suited to interior, landscape and architectural photography.
The lens has almost no geometric distortion. With an image circle of over 65 mm it allows 15 mm of horizontal shift each side on a full-frame (24 x 36 mm) sensor in landscape mode and 12 mm in portrait mode; on Fujifilm GFX 50/100 bodies up to 6 mm of shift is possible. The optical design has 17 elements in 11 groups, and the aperture ranges from f/4.5 to f/22 in half-stop increments. Aperture and focus are manual, with no electronic connections.
