Cambo Redwing Standard Light Boom RD-1201 with Filled Counterweight Bags

The Redwing light boom uses brass bearings for ultra-smooth movements and precise positioning. Thanks to its parallelogram design the light source always stays parallel to the subject, regardless of height. The head extension at the end of the boom offers up to 360° rotation, controlled by a handle at the pivot point. The sliding counterweight system balances the weight of the light and modifier: once the balance is set, the light can be raised or lowered and simply let go, and the boom stays in position without locking a clamp or crank. It assembles in less than five minutes without tools and fits any stand with a 5/8" female connection. Indicators at the pivot point and on the rotation make it easier to repeat a set-up. It suits both small and large studios and low light positions.

The RD-1201 comes with two counterweight bags pre-filled with a total of 11.2 kg of lead shot; the RD-1200 is the same boom with empty bags.
