Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide by express courier, and all our shipments are insured. This page covers destinations, shipping costs and times, and collection in person.
Where we ship
We ship to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. Legal or manufacturer restrictions may apply to some products or destinations: in these cases we contact you before fulfilling the order and, if shipping is not possible, we refund the amount paid.
Carriers
We use professional transport networks: DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane and local city couriers. The carrier is chosen according to the destination. All our shipments are insured. When your goods leave, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping costs
The cost depends on the destination and on the order value. It is always calculated and shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Amounts exclude VAT; for Italy the amount including 22% VAT is also shown.

For orders of higher value the cost is shown in the cart.
Europe includes all the countries of the European Union and a few others: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City and the Isle of Man. All other destinations fall under the "Rest of the world" rate.
For exports outside the European Union, duties and customs charges of the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Shipping times
- Products in stock: shipped within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
- Products ordered from the supplier: shipped as soon as they reach our warehouse. The time depends on the supplier's availability: if you would like to know it before ordering, please contact us.
Transit times depend on the destination and the courier, and can be followed with the tracking number.
Collection in person
As an alternative to shipping you can collect your order, subject to confirmation, at our collection point: Mail Boxes Etc. 690, Via Monte Bianco 25, 00012 Guidonia Montecelio (RM), Italy. Collection carries a handling fee of €4.00 plus VAT (€4.88 including VAT).
On delivery
Check the parcel when it is delivered. If the packaging is damaged or has been tampered with, accept the goods with a written reservation on the courier's document and let us know immediately.
