The Laowa 10mm T2.9 Zero-D VV Cine is, according to Laowa, the widest rectilinear "Zero-Distortion" lens for Vista Vision, with a 130.3° angle of view. Its coverage suits large-format cameras such as RED V-Raptor 8K VV (Ø46.31 mm) and ARRI ALEXA LF Open Gate (Ø44.71 mm). This version has the Arri LPL mount.

Low-distortion optics keep straight lines straight when filming architecture, interiors and scenes with strong lines, without correction in post-production, and simplify tracking and CGI compositing for visual effects. Sharpness is high from centre to edge with well-controlled chromatic aberration. The 12 cm minimum focusing distance allows shallow depth of field and close-ups that emphasise the foreground. At about 530 g it is light enough for gimbals, drones, handheld work and rigs, and the 77 mm front thread takes ND, polariser or UV filters without a matte box.
