The BasicPod is a very light and compact tripod base (52 g without legs) that fits into the modular Novoflex TrioPod tripod system. It is very stable, takes loads up to 15 kg and its legs can be splayed at 25° and 80°. It has six 1/4" threaded holes for the legs and a 1/4" stud on top. With the three supplied 15 cm legs it works as a table or macro tripod at working heights of 4.7 cm and 14.5 cm.
