Sonnet Echo II DV Module 2-Slot Thunderbolt to PCIe DM-MOD-E2DV

M series Macs such as the Mac Studio have Thunderbolt/USB4 ports each driven by its own Thunderbolt bus. Installed in an xMac Studio, a DuoModo enclosure or a current Echo rackmount system, the Echo II DV Module connects two PCIe 3.0 slots, each with its own Thunderbolt interface, so two bandwidth-hungry DV I/O cards can be installed in one enclosure, with up to double the bandwidth for double the video channels.

For maximum performance with more than one bandwidth-hungry card, such as the DeckLink 8K, it must be connected to two Thunderbolt ports on the computer. With a computer that has only one Thunderbolt port, the two interfaces can be daisy-chained with one of the two supplied cables.
