AJA DANTE-12GAM Dual Video Channel Upgrade License

AJA DANTE-12GAM is a 12G-SDI audio embedder/disembedder that bridges SDI and the Dante, AES67 and SMPTE ST 2110-30 audio networks. The base model has one 12G-SDI input and output, each carrying 16 audio channels, for a total of 32 Dante audio channels.

This perpetual software license (the DANTE-12GAM Video SFP software upgrade license) upgrades an existing single-channel DANTE-12GAM to the dual video channel version at any time after purchase. Together with an AJA FIBERLC-TR-12G fiber or BNC-TR-12G coax SFP module installed in the unit, it enables a second independent 12G-SDI channel, bringing support to up to 64 channels of Dante audio, as on the DANTE-12GAM-TR-LC and DANTE-12GAM-TR-BNC versions.

Notes

• License only: it requires a DANTE-12GAM and an AJA FIBERLC-TR-12G or BNC-TR-12G SFP module, both sold separately.
• The license is tied to the serial number of the DANTE-12GAM (shown in the web UI under Info or on the unit) and is delivered as a license file.
• Not needed for the DANTE-12GAM-TR-LC and DANTE-12GAM-TR-BNC versions, which are already dual channel and include the SFP.
