AJA FS8 Colorfront Engine License

This perpetual license unlocks the Colorfront Engine in the AJA FS8 hybrid SDI/IP media processor. FS8 HDR and wide color gamut capabilities draw on video and color space processing algorithms of the Colorfront Engine, licensed by AJA from Colorfront, for real-time processing of up to 8 HD or 4 UHD signals, conversion of popular camera formats into HDR and conversion to and from BT.2020/BT.709.

The license brings TV, Live, Film and SDR to Dolby Vision Preview modes as a single option. Each FS8 video processor can then independently select the Colorfront Engine as its color transform, alongside the included NBCU LUTs, user 3D LUTs and dynamic 3D LUTs.

• Film Mode looks with A/B look selection and mix (e.g. MasterLook, MasterBroadcast, ClassicFilm, Kodachrome, ARRI K1S1)
