AJA OG-FiDO-2T-12G openGear 2-Channel 12G-SDI to Single Mode LC Fiber Transmitter
OG-FiDO-2T-12G is an openGear 2-channel 12G-SDI to fibre converter. Over standard single mode fibre the signal can be extended up to 10 km. The two 12G-SDI inputs, which also accept 6G, 3G, HD and SD-SDI, are completely independent and reclocked, so different rates can be carried on each channel. A typical use is sending pairs of 12G-SDI cameras from a live event stage to OG-FiDO-2R-12G receivers in an OB truck. The card is designed for high-density openGear 2RU frames, including AJA's OG-X-FR, and is monitored and controlled with Ross DashBoard software on Windows, macOS and Linux, from a connected computer or over the local network.
