AJA T-TAP Pro Thunderbolt 3 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 Output Device
T-TAP Pro is a compact, silent device that delivers mobile monitoring to supported Thunderbolt-enabled systems. With 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 connectivity it outputs up to 4K or UltraHD 60p video over a single cable, including deep colour, high frame rate, SDR and HDR, at 10 and 12-bit quality, from any compatible Mac, Windows or Linux computer. Both outputs are active at the same time, so professional SDI monitors or recorders and consumer HDMI monitors can be fed simultaneously.
HDR monitoring supports HLG, PQ and HDR10, with Dolby Vision possible through third-party applications; SDI carries VPID signalling of SDR/HDR characteristics, and AJA Control Room can read HDR metadata in .mov files to set the output automatically. A front 3.5 mm headphone jack with quick-access level control and front-panel audio meters help with audio monitoring. T-TAP Pro works with Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Avid Media Composer and Pro Tools, OBS Studio, Telestream Wirecast and more, and supports Apple silicon. The power supply is included; the Thunderbolt cable is not.
