ATEM Streaming Bridge receives the H.264 stream sent by an ATEM Mini Pro, ATEM Mini Extreme or streaming ATEM SDI switcher and converts it back to SDI and HDMI video. This way the signal from one control room can reach another site over the local network or the internet, with good quality at low data rates.
What the ATEM Streaming Bridge is for
It connects distant sites: a central control room receiving contributions from remote studios, events across several rooms, broadcast networks between bloggers and broadcasters, distribution of a program to screens in another building. The received signal becomes a normal video source for switchers, monitors and recorders.
Connections
2 x 3G-SDI outputs and an HDMI output, 10/100/1000 Ethernet. Universal 12V power supply included, with socket adapters for all countries. Maximum power consumption: 6 W.
Setup
It is set up with ATEM Setup: you can generate settings files to load into the remote switcher, so whoever is sending only has to connect.
At emoc.com this product can be combined with the Blackmagic Design extended warranty.
