Blackmagic Design Cloud Dock 4 – 10G network dock for 4 2.5" disks
Blackmagic Cloud Dock 4 shares up to 4 independent 2.5" disks over a high speed 10G Ethernet network: plug in SATA HDDs and SSDs or extreme performance U.2 disks for very fast reading and writing. It has 4 10G Ethernet ports, an Ethernet over USB-C port and an internal power supply in one rack unit.
What the Cloud Dock 4 is for
It is highly portable network storage suited to high end film and television: disks recorded on set are shared immediately with editing and grading. Like all Blackmagic Cloud products it shares files over the network with SMB and NFS, is set up with Blackmagic Cloud Setup and includes Blackmagic Proxy Generator Lite. With Blackmagic Cloud it can sync files with other locations worldwide, and the HDMI output shows device name, storage capacity and use, sync status, user activity, hardware status and network data rate graphs on a monitor.

4 hot-swappable slots for 2.5" U.2 or SATA disks (11 mm maximum height), 4 10G Ethernet ports, USB-C 3.0 with Ethernet over USB, HDMI monitor output, up to 200 connections. LED bezels around disk slots.

Cloud Pod: turns a USB-C disk into network storage. Cloud Dock 2 and 4: removable 2.5" SATA or U.2 disks. Cloud Store Mini: 4 internal M.2 cards, compact. Cloud Store Max: 12 M.2 cards, 4 10G ports and one 100G. Cloud Store Ultra: 2 100G ports, RAID 5 and dual power supply. Cloud Backup 8: 8 3.5" hard disks for low cost backup.
