Datavideo PTC-305T 4K Auto Tracking PTZ Camera with HDBaseT
The Datavideo PTC-305T is a 4K50/60p PTZ camera with auto tracking for live production. Its 1/1.8" CMOS sensor supports up to 2160p 50/60, with 20x optical and 16x digital zoom. It can be controlled via the RS-422 serial port or over IP with DVIP or Sony VISCA over IP, and all outputs are active at the same time. This HDBaseT version carries video, control, power and tally over a single Cat 6 cable.
Auto tracking can be accessed directly from the supplied RMC-1AT remote control and from controllers such as the RMC-300A and PTZ View Assist app, as well as from switchers such as the KMU-300 and SHOWCAST 100. When filming several people, a designated person can be tracked while desks, passers-by and large objects are ignored. A PID algorithm adapts pan, tilt and zoom speed to the subject for smooth movements, and the RMC-1AT quickly selects full-body, half-body or close-up framing.
