Datavideo RMC-300A Multi-Camera Controller
The Datavideo RMC-300A is a multi-functional multi-camera controller supporting Sony VISCA, VISCA over IP-S, VISCA over IP-C and Datavideo DVIP protocols. It controls up to 24 Datavideo PTZ and block cameras via DVIP, or up to 8 Datavideo cameras via serial RS-422. The 5" LCD touch panel and hardware buttons give access to all camera settings, such as shutter, focus, iris, gain, zoom and movement speed, with 7 preset memories per camera.
The auto tracking menu allows specific subjects to be selected on screen, tracking speed to be adjusted, the subject to be placed in the left third, right third or centre of the frame, and full-body, half-body or close-up framing to be chosen. A PID algorithm adapts pan, tilt and zoom speeds to the movement of the subject for smooth camera moves.
