Delock USB Type-C Splitter (DP Alt Mode) to 1 x HDMI + 1 x DisplayPort 87716
This splitter by Delock connects a DisplayPort monitor and an HDMI monitor to a computer with a USB-C interface and DisplayPort Alternate Mode support. Both outputs can be used at the same time. The DisplayPort output is dual-mode capable (DP++), so HDMI or DVI monitors can be connected with a suitable adapter.
