The Delock 90738 PCI Express card expands a PC with two external FireWire 800 ports and one external FireWire 400 port, for connecting FireWire devices such as external enclosures, digital cameras, camcorders and adapters. It uses a native PCI Express chipset rather than a bridge chipset. A 4-pin power connector on the card can be used when FireWire devices need more power; a suitable adapter, which can be connected to different power supplies, is included.
