Larger softboxes and umbrellas are often more sensitive to wind than expected, and stands fall over more easily than you think: a sandbag is the solution. The Hensel sandbag folds flat for transport and storage. On location, its two side pockets can be filled with sand, gravel or similar material (max. 6 kg) to adjust the weight as needed.
The pockets have double hook-and-loop closures, so even fine-grained filling does not escape; with fine sand it is advisable to put it in plastic bags first. It can be laid directly over a stand, hung with the fixed carabiner or hooked on via the solid metal eyelet, and the sturdy handle makes even a full bag easy to carry.
