The Kaiser foot pedal triggers the camera with the foot when the hands are busy, and allows vibration-free shooting in product, repro, nature and macro photography, for long exposures or with telephoto lenses. The camera releases according to its own settings (autofocus or manual focus, long exposure, shutter or aperture priority). The foot switch has a cast aluminium housing, non-slip rubber feet and three mounting holes for permanent floor attachment, and is dust- and splash-proof to IP54. Camera-specific release cords and a 2 m extension cable are available separately; several extensions can be chained.
