Kaiser Pro Macro Focusing Rail 5535

Professional focusing rail for macro, stereo, copy and panoramic photography, usable on copy stands, tripods and tripod heads. The high-quality aluminium rail has three 1/4" and 3/8" tripod sockets and an Arca-Swiss compatible dovetail for mounting in matching dovetail clamps. A helical precision rack provides accurate guidance, and a millimetre scale allows reproducible settings.

The slide carries an adjusting screw, an Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release clamp with locking screw and a square quick-release plate that can also be used rotated by 90°, with 1/4" camera thread. One turn of the adjusting screw moves the slide 15 mm. The fine adjustment handle attaches to the adjusting screw for particularly sensitive positioning, and its scale gives 1/4 mm of travel per graduation mark. An Allen key adjusts the friction of the handle and tightens the camera screw. Two rails can be combined into a cross-slide system.
