Manfrotto 401N padded tripod carrying strap with quick release straps, for carrying the tripod over the shoulder hands-free; it can stay on the tripod while shooting.
Manfrotto Quick Action Strap 401N
The Manfrotto 401N is a quick and easy way to carry a tripod when walking, hiking, cycling or moving between shoots. The shorter straps fasten the padded strap to one tripod leg, the longer adjustable quick release straps bind the other legs together, and the tripod slides over your shoulder, leaving your hands free. The padding holds the tripod in place and protects your back. The 401N can stay attached while shooting: just release the longer straps to position all three legs.
