The Manfrotto 504PLONG is a long version of the standard video plate, allowing perfect balance for camcorders with unusual weight distribution caused by long lenses or heavy batteries. It works with the 504HD head and is supplied with a 1/4" camera screw, a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter and a removable anti-rotation pin; rubber strips improve grip.
