This video system includes the Manfrotto 509 professional fluid video head and the 645 Fast Twin aluminium tripod. The 509HD has variable fluid drag and a fast, precise 4-step counterbalance system for a wide range of semi-professional and professional camera set-ups. Its patented Advanced Balancing Recorder (ABR) lets you find, memorise and regain the correctly balanced plate position for a given set of equipment. It also has Easy Link connectors for accessories, an illuminated levelling bubble, replaceable pan bar rosettes on both sides and a 100 mm half ball.
The 645 Fast Twin tripod has double tubes and Lever-Lock technology: synchronised upper and lower locks let you control each leg with a single lever. It has a 100 mm bowl, compatible with a 75 mm adapter (available as an accessory), a 2-in-1 ground and mid-level telescopic spreader and a 3-angle selection mechanism, so using the spreader is optional. Spiked feet with rubber overshoes give a firm grip on any surface.
