Manfrotto 496 Centre Ball Head MH496-BH
The Manfrotto 496 is a portable yet strong aluminium centre ball head for smooth and precise camera positioning, suitable for mirrorless cameras with zoom lenses and even medium-format DSLRs. It has three independent controls: a main knob for the ball lock, an integrated friction control knob that adjusts ball tension to balance the equipment, and an independent panoramic knob that keeps the horizon level when panning.
It mounts the 200PL-PRO aluminium plate, compatible with both Manfrotto RC2 and Arca-Swiss style attachments, so the camera can be moved quickly between Manfrotto heads and most heads with Arca-Swiss clamps.
