Novoflex Schneider Kreuznach Pyrite 4.5/90 mm Lens Head for PRO Bellows PRO-PYRITE90

For the PRO series universal bellows (BALPRO 1, BALPRO T/S, CASTBAL-PRO and STACKPRO 1) Novoflex offers a special lens head made by Schneider Kreuznach: the Pyrite 4.5/90, formerly Apo-Componon 4.5/90. The lens head is apochromatic and digitally corrected, and is supplied with a fixed, pre-mounted recessed bellows connection. The Novoflex SON37 lens hood is also included. On the BALPRO series bellows it focuses from about 1.3:1 to infinity with all cameras.

The Pyrite 4.5/90 covers sensors of all sizes, from Micro Four Thirds and APS-C to full frame and medium format. Whether for slide duplication or reproduction work, it delivers impressively sharp, detailed images; with no loss of sharpness and no field curvature it is particularly suited to copying flat originals. The aperture is continuously adjustable and can be locked in any position. On the BALPRO T/S tilt/shift bellows, its large image circle provides ample reserve for Scheimpflug adjustments.
