Roland VR-120HD Direct Streaming AV Mixer
The VR-120HD lets a single operator manage hybrid live and online productions without external gear, combining extensive audio and video I/O, a large touchscreen and hands-on controls with customisable workflows, automation, remote PTZ camera control, one-touch macro sequencing and streaming over LAN and USB. Six HDMI and six SDI sources can be combined in Full HD with a range of broadcast and cinematic frame rates and colour spaces; all HDMI inputs have scalers with EDID and HDCP support.
Sources, still images and video clips (played directly from the SDXC card) can be assigned to eight cross-points, and scene recall prioritises cameras or computers. The effects engine has eight composition layers assignable to Program, Sub-Program and Aux: two background layers, up to four picture-in-picture or chroma/luminance key layers and two downstream keyers with transparent PNG and external key support. Outputs include three SDI and three HDMI, a USB-C streaming output and Ethernet streaming, for program displays, aux monitors, multi-view and online audiences at once.
