The EW-D AB (Q) is the antenna booster of the Sennheiser Evolution Wireless Digital series, working in the 470 - 550 MHz range. It amplifies the antenna signal with a typical gain of 12 dB and has two BNC female connectors (ANT and OUT). It is powered with DC 12 V (9 - 18 V) through the antenna cable, which is passed from the OUT to the ANT connector, for example from an EW-D ASA active antenna splitter. The compact housing measures about 95 x 47 x 21 mm and weighs about 120 g.
