The EW-D ASA (X-Y) is the active antenna splitter of the Sennheiser Evolution Wireless Digital series for the 1350 - 1805 MHz range. It distributes the signals of a pair of antennas to several EW-D EM receivers, working as 2 x 1:4 or 1 x 1:8 splitter with a gain of 0 ± 1 dB. It also supplies DC 12 V to the connected EW-D AB antenna boosters via the antenna inputs and to up to four EW-D EM receivers via the A1 - A4 outputs, so a multi-channel system needs a single power supply (NT 12-35 CS). The housing measures about 212 x 168 x 43 mm and weighs about 1100 g.
