The SmallRig 5228 V-Mount Battery Mount Plate integrates a V-mount battery into a camera rig for quick battery swaps and uninterrupted power. The kit includes the V-mount battery plate and a modular LCD screen protector. Power outputs, including D-Tap and USB-C, are positioned so that several devices can be powered at once without interfering with the camera or top handle. The USB-C port also accepts up to 65 W PD input, so the plate doubles as a V-mount battery charger, and a safety lever on the battery release button prevents accidental release.

The modular LCD screen protector adjusts in height and width without tools, fits most flip-screen mirrorless cameras and protects the screen from impacts. Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded and locating holes on the plate accept accessories such as magic arms (3238B / 3873) for wireless transmitters and other equipment.
