Sonnet SF3 Series - AJA PAK Media Pro card reader PCI Express Black

Sonnet SF3 Series AJA PAK Media Pro Card Reader SF3-2AJAPK

AJA Ki Pro Ultra 12G recorders store footage on AJA PAK Media SSD cards, which fill up fast. The Sonnet SF3 Series AJA PAK Media Pro Card Reader, certified by AJA, ingests from PAK Media cards at the fastest speeds the cards support and can read two cards simultaneously at up to 1030 MB/s aggregate. It uses a Thunderbolt 3 controller with four PCIe lanes and connects with a single cable to Apple M series Macs, Intel Macs with Thunderbolt 3 and Windows computers with Thunderbolt 5 or 4; up to six readers can be daisy-chained to one computer port.

SF3 Series readers have compact, rugged aluminium enclosures designed to be stacked and daisy-chained, so several readers can share one footprint and one cable to the computer; threaded mount points allow two readers side by side on a rack tray in 1U. One Thunderbolt port connects to the computer and the second supports daisy-chaining. The second port also supports 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 devices, provides 15 W to bus-powered peripherals and can connect one display up to 8K.
