The Sonnet Twin10G (Thunderbolt 3 Edition) adds two RJ45 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports to Mac or Windows computers with Thunderbolt 3 ports. It connects to 10GbE infrastructure over CAT 6 or CAT 6A copper cables up to 55 or 100 m respectively, and is configured through the macOS Network control panel or Windows Device Manager. It supports transparent failover and link aggregation. One Thunderbolt 3 port connects to the computer; the second supports daisy-chaining up to five more Thunderbolt devices, a USB peripheral, or up to two 4K displays or one 5K display, and supplies up to 15 W.
