The Supermicro SuperChassis LA26E1C4-R609LP is a 2U chassis supporting motherboards up to ATX 12" x 10", E-ATX 12" x 13" and EE-ATX 13" x 13.68". It has twelve hot-swap SAS3/SATA bays with SES3 that take 3.5" drives tool-less or 2.5" drives with screws, plus an optional rear two-bay 2.5" hot-swap kit. The 12-port SAS3 12 Gb/s single-expander backplane supports eight SAS3/SATA3 drives and four NVMe/SAS3/SATA3 devices. Power comes from redundant 600/650 W 1U supplies, with three 8 cm PWM fans, seven low-profile slots and service tag support.
