The Supermicro SuperChassis 213BAC8-R1K23LPB is a 2U rackmount chassis supporting motherboards up to 13.68" x 13", E-ATX 12" x 13" and ATX 12" x 10". It has sixteen 2.5" hot-swap SAS3/SATA drive bays, one 5.25" bay and two optional 2.5" hot-swap bays. The 16-port SAS3 12 Gb/s hybrid backplane supports eight SAS3/SATA3 drives and eight SAS3/SATA3/NVMe devices. Power comes from 1200/1000 W Titanium-level supplies with PMBus, and three 8 cm PWM fans provide cooling.
