ACTAR-24 Wide Angle Lens for ACTUS

Cambo Actar-24 24 mm Wide Angle Lens for Actus

The Cambo Actar-24 is a lens dedicated to the Actus used with a mirrorless camera. It is permanently attached to an Actus lens panel and its 24 mm focal length makes it well suited to landscape and architectural photography; its relatively light weight and modest size make it easy to take on location.

The lens has almost no geometric distortion. Its 60 mm image circle allows 10 mm of horizontal shift each side on a full-frame (24 x 36 mm) sensor in landscape mode and 12 mm in portrait mode, increasing to 15 and 17 mm with an APS-C sensor. On the Fujifilm GFX 50 series it can be used without shift, but with tilt and swing. The optical design has 16 multi-coated elements in 11 groups, and the aperture ranges from f/3.5 to f/22 in half-stop increments. The aperture is manual and no electronic connections are needed.

• Cambo Actus and Actus-MV (not Actus-DB)
