AJA FiDO-2T-MM 2-Channel 3G-SDI to Multi-Mode LC Fiber Transmitter
The AJA FiDO-2T-MM is a 2-channel 3G-SDI to multi-mode LC fiber transmitter from the FiDO range of AJA fiber Mini-Converters. It converts two 3G-SDI signals from BNC inputs to multi-mode fiber, for cable runs up to 700 m (OM4) or 300 m (OM3). It handles 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals (150 Mbps - 3 Gbps, format agnostic) and passes SDI metadata through, including HDR. The fiber link provides electrical isolation, useful for eliminating ground loop problems. The compact, low-profile enclosure works well in tight spaces around and behind equipment racks, in trucks and on camera, and runs on 5-20 VDC power with a universal power supply included.
