AJA FiDO-4R-MM 4-Channel Multi-Mode LC Fiber to 3G-SDI Receiver
The AJA FiDO-4R-MM is a 4-channel multi-mode LC fiber to 3G-SDI receiver from the FiDO range of AJA fiber Mini-Converters. It receives four 3G-SDI signals over multi-mode fiber and delivers them on BNC SDI outputs, for cable runs up to 700 m (OM4) or 300 m (OM3). It handles 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals (150 Mbps - 3 Gbps, format agnostic) and passes SDI metadata through, including HDR. The fiber link provides electrical isolation, useful for eliminating ground loop problems. Four fiber links can carry 4K/UltraHD as quad-link SDI. The compact, low-profile enclosure works well in tight spaces around and behind equipment racks, in trucks and on camera, and runs on 5-20 VDC power with a universal power supply included.
