AJA HA5-12G HDMI 2.0 to 12G-SDI Mini-Converter
The AJA HA5-12G converts an HDMI 2.0 input to 12G-SDI for 4K/UltraHD single link outputs. It includes two 12G-SDI distribution amplifier outputs with 8 or 2 channels of embedded audio, taken from the HDMI source or from the two-channel RCA analog audio input. EDID emulation ensures the connected source continuously supplies the preferred video formats, and HDR Infoframe data coming in over HDMI can be analyzed with the AJA Mini-Config software, with HDR signaling metadata passed through or optionally overridden. The equalized HDMI input supports runs of up to 30 meters with 24 gauge cable, and progressive SD signals at 525p and 625p are accepted for compatibility with DSLR cameras.
