AJA KUMO 3232-12G Compact 32x32 12G-SDI Router
KUMO 3232-12G offers increased capacity for medium-sized configurations in a compact 2RU chassis only a few inches deep, with 32 12G-SDI inputs and 32 12G-SDI outputs. It supports 12G, 6G, 3G and 1.5G-SDI, single-cable 4K/UltraHD, HFR and deep colour formats, and ganged dual and quad port routing for Dual Link, Quad Link 4K/UltraHD and 8K/UltraHD2, making it suitable for mid-sized post facilities and mobile trucks. Any input can be mapped to any number of outputs, so the router can also replace several distribution amplifiers.
Running embedded Linux, the router is controlled and monitored from any web browser through its built-in web server, and its IP address is set via USB with the supplied AJA eMini-Setup software; Bonjour/Zeroconf allows automatic network configuration. It integrates with existing systems via Grass Valley Native Protocol over RS-422 or Ethernet, and can be operated with the optional KUMO CP and CP2 hardware panels. Up to eight salvos and 20 presets can be stored, and dual power inputs allow an optional redundant power supply.
