AJA 12G-AMA 12G-SDI 4-Channel Balanced Analog Audio Embedder/Disembedder
The AJA 12G-AMA is a 4-channel analog audio embedder/disembedder Mini-Converter with 12G-SDI input and output up to 4K/UltraHD. Disembedding is always active, providing four balanced analog outputs, while embedding is selectable per channel pair: each pair can either pass the audio already in the 12G-SDI input or embed the analog audio coming from the XLR breakout cable.
Analog audio levels are selectable, the input video standard is detected and configured automatically and HDR signals are passed through. A 1.5G-SDI internal signal generator lets the embedder path work without a source on the SDI input. The converter is set up with DIP switches or via USB with the free AJA Mini-Config software, and its compact size allows installation behind a monitor, in a rack or on a camera rig.
