The AJA Hi5-12G-R is the fiber receiver model of the Hi5-12G: it converts 12G-SDI to HDMI 2.0 with HFR support up to 60p for 4K/UltraHD and ships with a single channel Fiber LC SFP receiver for receiving 4K signals over long distances from a fiber connected source. It provides a monitoring connection from professional 4K devices using 12G-SDI over coaxial or fiber LC outputs to displays with HDMI 2.0 inputs. It generates HDR10 metadata in accordance with HDMI v2.0b/CTA-861-G and supports HLG over HDMI. The 12G-SDI single link input has a reclocked SDI loop out, and the Video Source Auto Switch Over feature changes automatically between SDI and optical inputs with configurable priority (Last Valid Input, Priority SDI or Priority Optical).
