AJA Hi5-Plus 3G-SDI to HDMI Mini-Converter
The AJA Hi5-Plus is an SDI-to-HDMI Mini-Converter for integrating HDMI monitors into professional SDI workflows in the edit suite, on set or at live events. Its 3G-SDI input carries high data rate signals through to the HDMI output, and with a compatible monitor it outputs a 30-bit Deep Color RGB signal. Since HDMI monitors do not natively support PsF signals, the Hi5-Plus converts incoming 1080PsF to 1080p. Up to 16 channels of embedded SDI audio are accepted and passed to 8 channels of embedded HDMI audio, with audio delay from 0 to 7 frames, and two analog audio outputs allow direct external monitoring. Setup is via USB with AJA Mini-Config on Mac or PC.
