Aurora Firefly II Octa cm50 silver - gold interior round head

Aurora Firefly II Octa 50 cm Silver/Gold Interior for Round Head Speedlights FBO250GA1

Firefly II is a light modifier for on-camera (speedlight) flashes that can give both a beauty dish effect and an octa bank effect. Thanks to its umbrella-type design it can be set up in about a minute. This FBO250GA1 version is 50 cm in diameter, has a silver/gold interior and is made for speedlights with a round head. The zig-zag gold and silver inner lining gives a soft, warm golden light that flatters skin tones.

A beauty dish gives a crisp light, attractive catchlights and deeper shadows than a classic softbox, while an octagonal softbox gives softer, more forgiving light with gentler shadows and good detail in the shadow areas. It can be used as a main or fill light. The optional deflector (sold separately, 15 cm diameter) is inserted in the central umbrella hole and screwed in; its embossed surface reflects the light evenly and removes the central hot spot.
