Aurora Firefly II Square 50x50 cm Silver Interior for Rectangular Head Speedlights FBS255
Firefly II is a light modifier for speedlights that can give both a rectangular beauty dish effect and a square softbox effect. Thanks to its umbrella-type design it can be set up in about a minute. This FBS255 version measures 50 x 50 cm, has a silver interior, rotates through 360° and is made for speedlights with a rectangular head.
Used as a beauty dish it gives a crisp light with deeper shadows than a classic softbox; as a square softbox it gives softer, more forgiving light with gentler shadows. With the optional central deflector (sold separately) it becomes a beauty dish that eliminates the central hot spot and creates a pleasing catchlight in the subject's eyes. Its foldable but sturdy, light and compact structure makes it suitable for portraits both in the studio and on location.
