Awagami Mitsumata Double Layered is an elegant, smooth Japanese washi inkjet paper (AIJP) with a warm tone and a very subtle gloss. The printable top side is made of 100% Japanese mitsumata fibre, while the pulp backing is peeled away and discarded after printing; the printed sheet is then about one third of the original thickness. It is typically used for fine art, backlit photography, sculptural printworks, fine art reproductions, scrolls and antique replicas.
