Decimator Design MD-CROSS V2 HDMI / SDI Cross Converter
The Decimator Design MD-CROSS V2 is a portable HDMI / SDI cross converter that includes the down/up/cross converter of the MD-DUCC, so either the HDMI or the SDI input can be scaled and/or frame rate converted to the required standard. Fourteen modes combine the SDI and HDMI inputs, direct or scaled, towards the SDI and HDMI outputs. Four 3G/HD/SD-SDI outputs allow use as a 1 to 4 distribution amplifier, with output pair 1 copying the SDI input or matching pair 2. A test pattern generator, 16-channel audio meters, safe area and text overlays are built in, and everything is set from the LCD and buttons, without dip switches or a computer.
