Delock Keystone Module RJ45 Secure Cat.6 to LSA 86404
This module by Delock is used to connect a twisted pair cable, terminated on the LSA block, to an RJ45 female port. With its standardised dimensions it snaps easily into a Keystone patch panel, face plate or surface-mount box. The RJ45 port has an integrated security mechanism with two functions: the socket can be blocked and secured against unauthorised use, and a connected patch cable can be locked and protected against removal. This allows physical access to the network to be controlled in safety-critical areas such as public places or data centres. Standard patch cables can be used; a separately available tool is needed to open the lock.
