Earthworks IML3 LumiComm Installation Gooseneck Microphone 3" White

The Earthworks IML Series gooseneck microphones, with integrated LumiComm light ring and touch sensor, are designed for permanent installation in ceilings and tabletops for conferencing and other speech applications. Optimised for speech, they offer a frequency response up to 30 kHz for high intelligibility and reproduce the voice clearly whether the talker is on axis or to the side, so fewer microphones, DSP channels and cables are needed to cover a room. They work with all DSP systems that provide 24-48 V phantom power.

The dual-colour LumiComm light ring and the touch sensor output let integrators program the microphone's function and LED colour, for example red when the microphone is muted. The slim 9.5 mm gooseneck, here 3" (76 mm) long, allows precise positioning, and the flange, 40.5 mm wide and 8.8 mm tall, mounts flush into the tabletop or ceiling.
