Genelec 8040BPM loudspeaker Dark Grey Wired

Genelec 8040B Active Studio Monitor, Dark Grey

The Genelec 8040B is a studio monitor chosen by recording and post-production professionals for its versatility and performance: compact enough for modest rooms, with high SPL, low colouration and broad bandwidth. It contains drivers, matched power amplifiers, active crossover and protection circuitry.

The rigid all-aluminium Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) gives colour-free, accurate reproduction, the flow-optimised reflex design provides broad bandwidth, and the Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) ensures on- and off-axis precision. Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) places the system in power-saving standby when not in use.
