The Hedler MaxiSpot 65 honeycombs extend the uses of the MaxiSpot 65. With different cell sizes they narrow the beam angle to different degrees and suppress stray light. They simply slot into the front opening of the reflector: at the same distance, the lit area becomes smaller than without a honeycomb, so light can be placed even more precisely and individual areas emphasised, a clear advantage in (video) portraits and product shots, where edges can be given an attractive rim of light.
